UNIT riders dominate Supercross opener
UNIT's Supercross supported teams and riders opened their campaign with wins and podiums in the ultra-competitive 450 and 250 classes at Jimboomba in QLD.
Justin Brayton was the standout in the 450 ranks, delivering Honda Genuine Accessories Racing the win, while Gavin Faith took honours for Penrite Honda Racing in the 250 category.
While the top steps were dominated by red bikes, it was a competitive showing for the blucru - Yamaha's factory-supported 250 riders. Wade Hunter grabbed third in the 250 ranks while MXD class young guns Mitch Evans and Jordan Hill also impressed against a far more experienced field.
