Action sports brand UNIT has revealed the first release of its new watch collection, now available to buy online.
The premium product offering will see six signature styles featuring Japanese Miyota movement introduced upon release, available in a total of 18 colourways.
The striking visual presence of the collection is matched in a quality, heavy- duty hand-feel – custom solid stainless steel cases and bracelets compliment stainless steel case backs and crowns featuring deep-etched unit logos and the star symbols.
Gold, silver, black and gunmetal tones throughout the styles offer variety, as do a blend of bold case forms finished with a hardened mineral crystal at 10 ATM / 100 metres water-resistant.
The first release also offers a style using a custom ‘tyre-tread’ silicon strap as a nod to the brand’s long-held position at the forefront of action sports.
The new category venture follows the brand’s recent move into the premium eyewear market, with both categories to feature prominently in Unit’s future range plans.
“Premium quality, a variety of style choices and value for money are the hallmarks of the new Unit watch collection which we are excited to introduce in stores from August,” said UNIT marketing manager Toby Lynch.
The first release will be accompanied by striking visuals based upon the brand’s ‘Every Minute Is Golden’ messaging.
